    The Time-of-Flight (ToF) ranging technology is a literal translation of "Time of Flight", abbreviated as ToF. Its basic principle is to continuously emit light pulses (usually invisible light) to the observed object, then receive the light pulses reflected back from the object, and calculate the distance between the measured object and the sensor by detecting the flight (round-trip) time of the light pulses.
